I'm wondering what is the stronger opioid, for some reason I feel like o-desmethyltramadol is stronger than codeine's metabolites except.
Keep in mind that some people barely react or even don't react to codeine.
Edit: I don't like calling a lot of chemicals shit, since people do like them and they can have their benefits (obviously there are shit "drugs" that people might use recreationally but actually aren't but I still believe every chemical is beautiful in its own way, rec, medicinal or not).
So if we add the M1 metabolite into the mix (do you know how much is usually metabolised on average?) that would be quite a bit stronger than codeine I'm guessing? Since I have seen o-desmethyltramadol being quoted at 200x stronger than tramadol at the opioid receptors (mu and the others like kappa).

Well I have tried them lol, been taking opiates like this for 3 years daily (not good), but just was interested in the metabolite it produces.
This will make the pain medicine work better for you and you will have lesser side-effects. (E.g. Celebrex, arcoxia); Weak Opioids (Eg. Tramadol and Codeine).
